Ben Lampron has enjoyed a long career in industrial engineering and manufacturing, has toured the country and the globe both personally and professionally and has a strong passion for coaching.  Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.   He spent the first 23 years of his professional career with Honeywell International in a variety of engineering, sales, and general management roles.  Today, Ben leads the industrial division of Metro Mold and Design in Rogers, Minnesota.

Having raised three kids, visited 49 of the 50 states, and been to 153 professional baseball stadiums, Ben has some tales to tell.  He has spent over a decade coaching youth sports, has been the president of a boosters club, and has mentored several individuals professionally.  Ben finds personal value in sharing his successes and failures in ways that are easy for people to relate to and leverage.  To that end, he is available for speaking engagements.

Ben lives in Edina, Minnesota with his wife Gretchen, three children Adrian, Joe, and Madelyn, and their chocolate lab Callie. You can follow Ben’s adventures on LinkedIn or on Twitter @benlampron.
